Meeting 2

We held our second meeting for the 125 Year
Matapu and Districts Jubilee at Matapu School on the 26th and
elected Ross Cleaver and Brendon Kelly as our co coordinators for the committee and Imelda Abbott as the secretary.
The Jubilee will be held the weekend of 7-9 of February 2014 so book those dates in now!! We are at the moment gathering names and addresses to send out expressions of interest forms to people to gain an idea of numbers. We are asking for $20.00 with the expression of interest to help get the ball rolling with finances towards sending letters etc. At this stage you can send your expressions of interest to:

First meeting

Today we had our first meeting to get the ball rolling. We had good discussions about the idea of holding a 125 year jubilee and have made the decision to email out to all the people that we know and have another meeting on Monday 26th March at 7.00pm to form a committee.
