Registrations have now closed.

With less than a month to go the Jubilee Committee are busy finalising details to ensure all 400 ex-pupils, partners, current pupils, past and current staff and community members have an enjoyable weekend.

At 1pm on Saturday the parade will start. Due to generous sponsorship there will be 3 prizes - 1st $300, 2nd $200 & 3rd $100. We are hoping for a number of original floats - if you wish to enter a float and haven't already entered, please contact the Committee : matapujubilee@matapu.school.nz 

Only 7 weeks to go!

A number of late registrations have come in – we are now close to having a full marquee for the Saturday night dinner, 300 ex and current pupils, staff, community, partners and dignitaries.

Due to the memorabilia sales being slow to come in we have extended the date until the 8^th January 2014.

Thank you to those who have returned the transport form – we can now confirm bus details.   

From the Jubilee Committee have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

We look forward to seeing you in February for                                 an exciting weekend.

The countdown is on for an enjoyable and exciting weekend.

We have 370 registrations – everyone who has registered has received a letter confirming the Schedule of Events and times.

Memorabilia – if you wish to purchase, the form and payment MUST be returned by December 15^th.

There will be NO sales at the Jubilee.

Transport – reminder the form must be returned by December 15^th so the size of the bus can be confirmed. Payment can be paid at the Jubilee.

Thank you to everyone for Expression of Interest and Registration payments. Receipts will be included in your Registration Packs.

Thank you to those who have sent articles, photos and memories – keep them coming in.

We received 440 Expressions of Interest.  As places are not yet full, particularly for the dinner, the Committee has decided to accept further registrations until 31^st October 2013.

All events are being held in Matapu.

A letter will be emailed/posted in November confirming the schedule of events, times, memorabilia and further information.  We will also be requesting information on any special dietary requirements.

Registration Forms and a letter from the Jubilee Committee have been emailed / posted to everyone who has returned an Expression of Interest form.

An Expression of Interest form must be completed before a registration will be accepted.

The Expression of Interest form will be taken off this site on August 31st 2013.

Articles are being collected for the 125 Year Jubilee Book. If you have any memories / photos of your time at the school or from living in the district that could be included in the book please email them to the committee by the end of September.
